Together, we may move through prayer, affirmation, reflection, devotional mantra, stillness, or Armor On movement, while talking through the thoughts, questions, or experiences you are carrying. The goal is not to give you a formula, but to help you create intentional space to listen, reflect, and walk more closely with God.
